Janey Mac’s husband Kevin has ended their marriage. She thinks it’s because he’s had a nervous breakdown following the collapse of his company. Her friend Felix believes he’s got another woman. Kevin hasn’t told their adult kids about the break-up, so Janey thinks she ought to do it, despite the fact that her relationship with her two very different children can be strained. She goes to visit them at her daughter Allegra’s house…. And then reports back to Felix.
